Deck & Fence Staining

Project Overview

Years of intense Queensland sun, rain exposure, and humidity had turned this outdoor timber deck and perimeter fence grey, rough, and structurally compromised in places. We executed a full timber restoration programme beginning with high-pressure washing to remove all surface contamination, followed by detailed sanding of every board, rail, and balustrade to reopen the grain for optimal stain absorption. Several damaged deck boards were replaced with seasoned hardwood before we applied a premium penetrating oil stain system in a rich walnut tone, formulated with UV inhibitors and moisture resistance for Queensland conditions. The fence received two full coats of a matching weatherproof stain. The completed restoration presents as newly constructed timber, extending the serviceable life of the outdoor structures significantly.
