Project Overview

This two-story family residence in Brisbane South had not received a professional exterior coating in over fifteen years. The existing paint film was severely degraded — faded across all elevations, actively peeling on the northern-facing walls exposed to the harshest UV, and the timber fascia and barge boards showed early signs of moisture ingress and rot. Our team executed a full exterior restoration programme commencing with high-pressure washing to remove all loose material and biological growth, followed by timber repairs, rust treatment on metalwork, and spot-priming of bare substrates. We then applied two full coats of a premium low-sheen weather shield system formulated specifically for Queensland's high-UV climate, achieving full opacity, crisp edge lines, and a finish engineered to protect the substrate for the next decade.
