Project Overview

This architect-designed luxury residence in Toowoomba represented one of our most technically demanding interior projects, requiring custom colour development and the application of multiple specialty finishes across a 420-square-metre floor plan. Working in close collaboration with the project's interior designer, we developed and sampled bespoke colour formulations — from warm greige living spaces to a deep navy study — before finalising the full scheme. Specialty applications included a metallic wash feature wall in the formal entry, executed in three delicate coats to achieve the precise luminosity specified by the designer, and a textured limewash finish in the master bedroom to create a soft, organic backdrop. The twelve-day programme required meticulous sequencing to allow each finish to cure correctly, with daily quality inspections ensuring every room met the exacting standard this calibre of property demands.
